Sheep, Shop, Sand

Listening to La Roux – Bulletproof
Feeling Happy

I had a friend over today. Not the usual. A girl, Harriet. We have always been acquaintances and talked on a regular basis, but never thought about being friends. That is, until now. We have found out we are going to be in the same class for next year at school and so have arranged to see each other more over the weeks we have left of holiday. It’s nice and I enjoyed myself today. We talked…and agreed…and it generally went well. I hope something can come of it, but obviously that will only work if she feels the same way.

As some of you know, I bought a journal from Paperchase the other day. I still haven’t managed to bring myself to write in it. I don’t want to ruin those beautiful clean pages, but I suppose that’s what it’s for. I will write when I am ready. I returned, with Harriet, to the shop today and we found a load of cuddly sheep toys. They were adorable :> . So, me being a sheep obsessor, I started making sheep noises across the shop. We also found this electronic device from Dirty Dancing, and when Harriet pressed the button it yelled out…”I carried a water melon! I CARRIED a water melon!” and we were in hysterics (as you would be).

We also walked down to a kind of marina. When I was really little, I used to go down and find this peaceful pebbled beach hidden with the bushes. Unfortunately, it rained really hard and the whole beach is covered in rain. Everytime we go to the ‘marina’ we hope and wish that it will be back again. It never is, but we asked a woman about it today and she reckons it will be back if we get a few days without rain. But what are the chance of that? LOL. It is a brilliant memory and I hope it will stay with me forever.

1) Name one person that you like but you keep forgetting (not in a bad way).

2) Was there a funny moment in your day? If so, what was it?

3) Do you have a place you remember from when you were a young child?

    Hello affie!
Ha, I like saying that 😀
I’m going to be putting up a new layout real soon… even though this one has only been up for a couple of days… or weeks? I’m not even sure – just this layout design has been burning in my head for a few days now 😀 Just to need to whip it up in Photoshop and code it (:
I’m going to be putting up my icons as well… comment when they are up? Lol, I could do with some feedback. I’m going to try out a PHP script.

    Ciao,
    Chynna x

    – Hmm, well, I often forget about my best friend Kaleigh… We live a while a way from each other, so it’s hard to keep in contact and whatnot. 🙁

    2) Was there a funny moment in your day? If so, what was it?
    – Not really today, no. What a boring day…

    3) Do you have a place you remember from when you were a young child?
    – My old house. It was so nice!

Haha. I love stationery shops, we have a shop in Australia called “smiggle” and all the books and pens/pencils are so clean and pretty and you have an urge to buy them (even if they ARE overpriced) but you never get around to using them because you’re too busy trying to keep it’s perfect-ness.

    1) Hmm, I don’t know. The friends I have now I’m pretty happy with.

    2) When a girl started to talk about a game called farmville on facebook during geography and the teacher got stuck listening to her. “omg, it’s so addictive, right. you HAVE to play it, you can’t not play it. Last night my mum yelled at me to get off, and then this morning my strawberries wilted!”

    3) yep, the magic shop that got demolished. Although it wasn’t really a happy memory, it use to have this huge ape thing with a hat and it use to scare me so bad. 😀

    Hullo thurr,
Thanks. I wasn’t going for any fancy but I really got hit with inspiration when I was
1/ Trying to get to sleep, it was like 3AM. God knows what I was still doing up though
    2/ Playing Kingdom Hearts (:
I’m already thinking up my next layout. Now that I think about it – this layout malarkey is quite easy. Ha!
They tried to compare Marcus to Wolverine. I was like, I don’t care if Wolverine is a cartoon character – he is WAY sexier than Marcus will ever be. Marcus has dubbed himself the Dark Horse. Ew.
I love Noughts and Crosses. It’s a good book. My book is good so far – but there’s already been a death! And it’s only just started, ha.
    Lol, where did you go?
The guy waving at me took me by surprise! I like put up hand up in a half-wave cause I wasn’t sure what to do. But, you know it’s all good (:
I’m sure you’re not spoilt, lol! I can’t wait for my new laptop! Eeek, I’m getting vair excited right now!! Haa
Aww, yay! I’d love to be affiliates! I think you’re a nice person too 😀 I’ll add you to my affiliates list after I post this comment.
I cannot believe the audacity of the public! Freddie went instead of Marcus! GAH. Lol. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. Imagine frizzy hair and clenching fists. That’s all I’m saying. 😀
